Abraham Kiswani shares his love of antique automobiles, sailing, and adrenaline-fueled activities including skydiving and bungee jumping.
With more than 20 years of experience working in the security sector, certified security contractor Abraham Kiswani is also a keen car restorer and extreme sports fan. Here, the qualified professional Taser trainer reveals more about his passion for antique muscle cars, bungee jumping, skydiving, and more.
“I’ve long harbored a love of American muscle cars,” says Kiswani, “as well as sailing, scuba diving, and more extreme activities, including skydiving and bungee jumping.”
Antique all-American muscle cars of note include the late 1960s and early 1970s examples from Dodge, Buick, Ford, Chevrolet, Shelby, Pontiac, and Plymouth. “Models such as the Buick GSX, Ford Mustang Boss 302, Chevrolet Chevelle SS 454, Chevrolet Camaro Z28, and the Shelby Mustang GT500-KR are all highly desirable today,” Kiswani explains, “as are the Pontiac Firebird 400 Coupe and the Plymouth Road Runner.”
Plymouth and Dodge are both renowned for having created two of the era’s most powerful muscle cars. “The Plymouth Hemi Cuda and the Dodge Charger R/T-SE, when new, both produced around 430 horsepower and close to 500 ft-lb of torque which was incredible for the time,” adds Kiswani.

The certified security contractor and antique muscle car enthusiast have also traveled extensively in pursuance of his love of sailing and scuba diving. “I love bungee jumping and skydiving, too,” he reveals, “and literally jump at the opportunity to indulge in either activity wherever or wherever possible.”
Originating in Bristol in the United Kingdom in 1979, modern bungee jumping reached New Zealand in 1986 where the so-called ‘extreme sport’ was quickly commercialized. Skydiving, or parachuting, meanwhile, has its roots in France, where, over 220 years ago in 1797, parachute inventor André-Jacques Garnerin made history by leaping from a hydrogen balloon 3,200 feet above Paris. The first modern skydive, however, with a ripcord-operated deployment, was not made until more than a century later, in 1919.
Further to such high-energy activities, Kiswani is also a keen supporter of numerous good causes, with the security sector consultant’s company having donated over 3,000 fresh turkeys to lower-income families during the holiday season for the past nine years.
“We support a number of charities, organizations, and other good causes,” he adds, wrapping up, “including the Tuskegee NEXT project which helps to transform the lives of at-risk youngsters through aviation-focused education and learning, with an emphasis on community spirit and career opportunities.”
A graduate of Alan B. Shepard High School in Palos Heights, certified security contractor Abraham Kiswani is today based in Burbank, Illinois, around 15 miles from the City of Chicago. The so-called ‘Windy City,’ Chicago is the most populous city in Illinois and the third most populous city in the United States.
