John Lowry began working in the securities sector early in the new millennium. He began working for Fordham Financial Management, Inc. in New York in 2021 after completing the Uniform Securities Agent State Law Examination and the General Securities Representative Examination. While working there, he passed the General Securities Principal Examination but departed Fordham at the beginning of 2007 to join Garden State Securities Inc. The company is well known for its array of financial planning services. It is a full-service private brokerage in New York. Offering a variety of financial investment choices, investment banking, financial planning, and wealth management are a few of these. Before founding Spartan Capital Securities LLC, Lowry spent one and a half years working for the company. Lowry gained significant experience planning and managing a variety of financial transactions in the eight years before launching his own company, including IPOs, CMPOs, PIPEs, up lists, follow-on offerings, at-the-market offerings, SPAC IPOs, equity line transactions, cross-border securities offerings, merger and acquisition transactions, and reverse mergers.
