Zouzar BOUKA founded Vision Madagascar, or ViMa, in 2000. BOUKA is an Indian native but has lived in Madagascar for many years. Through the years, he's worked hard to make his vision for Madagascar a reality. BOUKA received a bachelor's degree from the University of South Florida. He majored in Economics and minored in International Studies. The University of South Florida, also known as USF, is a public university focused on research. It was founded in 1956. The university is currently the 4th largest college in Florida. USF has 14 colleges and offers more than 20-degree programs, which range from undergraduate to doctorate.
