Before he oversaw care at the Dental Institute, William Lanza was a student in Melbourne, FL who developed a passion for science and helping others at a young age. He received his B.S. degree in Biology from the University of Central Florida where he was actively involved in a number of professional health organizations.
After earning his degree, he set out to build a career in dentistry, which led him to Howard University’s College of Dentistry in Washington D.C. At the facility, he eventually earned his D.D.S. degree in 2006 before enrolling in a hospital-based general practice residency program in the Department of Dentistry/Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery at Jacobi Medical Center in the Bronx, N.Y. At the Medical Center, William Lanza underwent extensive training in oral-facial trauma and quickly excelled in cosmetic, implant, and general dentistry.
He demonstrated excellence while enrolled in the program and shortly after graduating entered a private practice in the Washington metropolitan area. Since then, he has practiced dentistry and continued his education to ensure his patients receive the highest quality dentistry available. William Lanza has become proficient in breakthrough procedures like Lumineers, Invisalign, and oral conscious sedation.
For years, he has championed improved technology and advanced procedures in dentist offices across the nation to meet patients’ growing needs. He’s raised the bar on quality dental care and has undergone extensive education in specialized areas like Botox treatments and dental implants.
