Paradise LA Restaurant & Bar – is located just 20 minutes away from LAX – Los Angeles Airport International Airport. This venue is open for private parties during the weekend. During the week, James Sdrales has the venue opened for upscale dining and catering. The bar has trendy cocktails as well as standards. With restaurant seating of 300, they can accommodate your business or pleasure event with style, taste, and class.

Zubie’s Dry Dock is yet another restaurant owned by James Sdrales. Their motto – we’re “all about food, family, and fun! It’s where America eats!” This particular restaurant gives its patrons the opportunity to enjoy huge, home-style portions of food all in a great and lively atmosphere. Captain John Zubieta a.k.a. Zubie established the very first one back in the 1960s.
Life behind the scenes ..wait with 5 restaurants is there such a thing??? After acquiring his Business Administration & Management degree from California State University, Fullerton – James Sdrales hit the bar running, literally. Recently he purchased his fifth restaurant, so he is in no way stopping. However, he still has time for family with yearly trips to Greece. He and his family are all fluent in Greek and enjoy the culture immensely. His parents immigrated to the United States from Greece. He is a native of Southern California and gives back to his community at every turn. James Sdrales enjoys a full life and uses his businesses to help community concerns.
A resident of Villa Park, James Sdrales supports Villa Park High School athletic teams, Huntington Beach Marina High School athletic teams and is a consistent supporter of St. John the Baptist Greek Orthodox Church, also in Villa Park. His community gets the benefit of his success, as a result of his generosity.
