An established figure within Panama’s booming construction sector, Gabriel Btesh believes that the industry today plays a bigger part than ever before in shaping and supporting well-being and bolstered standards of living across the Central and South American nation.
“The construction sector now plays a significant role in influencing well-being and standards of living here in Panama City and across the nation,” suggests Btesh, a more than 30-year veteran of the country’s construction industry.
Btesh has demonstrated time and time again through his own efforts the effect which Panama’s booming construction industry has on the lives of those living and working in the country, officially the Republic of Panama, and famed for its rich culture, lush rainforests, and beautiful beaches.
“By ensuring unparalleled standards of architectural integrity are met, and by structuring living spaces which are both luxurious and cost-effective for all involved, we’re changing how people live right throughout the country,” explains Btesh of the work of his company.
In recent years, the construction firm boss has ensured that the company’s residential projects, which can now be found across Panama City and elsewhere in the country, include amenities and additions centered around well-being and improved standards of living.
These extend, for example, to state of the art health and wellness-specific facilities, including gyms, social areas, and creative spaces. “Designed to be enjoyed by those who live there, as well as their friends and families,” Btesh explains, “regularly exercising, socializing, and demonstrating creativity have all been shown to foster improved standards of both physical and mental well-being.”
Gabriel Btesh and his team are also responsible for a number of notable, much-loved local and national retail, commercial, and entertainment-focused projects including Mall Los Pueblos, Panama City’s most prominent and best-known mall, and Santa Maria Golf & Country Club.
Designed by Nicklaus Design, the global golf firm founded by golf legend Jack Nicklaus, the 18-hole Santa Maria Golf Club covers more than 280 hectares and is conveniently located in Panama City. Santa Maria Country Club, meanwhile, boasts a wide variety of amenities for all tastes, allowing visitors to enjoy a range of 20 or more sports and entertainment facilities and activities.
“Further to our efforts in the residential sector, by delivering new forms of entertainment through our work, the country is bringing in visitors and tourists like never before, massively boosting the economy which is great news for the nation as a whole,” Btesh adds, wrapping up.
