West Hartford, Connecticut-based attorney James Hardy bolsters growing roster of legal services as he adds new alternative dispute resolution and white-collar crime specialties.

Known for his exemplary work in criminal defense, DUI and DWI, and divorce and separation, Connecticut attorney James Hardy is now set to tackle the arena of alternative dispute resolution as he further focuses on a new legal service in the area of white-collar crime.

“I’m now providing a new legal service in the alternative dispute resolution arena,” explains Hardy. This, he says, comes as he also further extends the scope of his professional legal services to include a new legal service in the area of white-collar crime. “As of recently, I’m also now providing an all-new legal service in the area of white-collar crime,” adds the attorney.

James Hardy has, in recent months, added extensively to his roster of professional services, which also includes federal crime, family law, and child custody. “Part of my services now include a mentorship program relating to mentoring and training young lawyers fresh out of school,” adds Hardy.

“In addition,” he continues, “I’m also gearing my practice towards representing young athletes looking to make the leap from the collegiate platform to the professional arena.”

Connecticut attorney James Hardy is no stranger to the world of athletics and sport. In his spare time, West Hartford-based Hardy trains and mentors young boxers. In fact, the Connecticut attorney trained as a boxer from age nine up until his early twenties. “I also played football in high school,” adds Hardy, “position; cornerback.”

Elsewhere, James spent 11 years in the military between the U.S. Army and Air Force. “I joined the U.S. Army at 17 in 2001,” he explains, “straight out of high school.”

Returning focus to his legal work, Hardy says he’s immensely passionate about representing his clients, and that integrity is central to his career as a lawyer.

“I’m immensely passionate about representing my clients,” says the Connecticut attorney. “Integrity is equally important to me too,” he adds, wrapping up, “and is a concept that has been fully embedded in me ever since joining the U.S. Army almost two decades ago.”

Multi-award-winning attorney James Hardy, originally from the Maryland and Washington, D.C. area, and today based in Fairfield County, Connecticut, is a member of both the Maryland and Connecticut State Bar Associations. Before establishing his own practice, James served in the Prince George’s County State’s Attorney Office. The lawyer achieved a Juris Doctorate from the University of Massachusetts School of Law in 2010, further to a Bachelor of Science in the area of finance in 2006.
