He notes that the area has been settled for hundreds of years and that plenty of sturdy houses have been built in the state over time. People looking to flip homes have plenty of options available, and the state continues to draw in a diverse crowd who are eager to cash in on North Carolina’s rich lifestyle. 

 

“North Carolina is both a booming buyer’s and seller’s market attracting people from all over the country,” says Samuel Lehrer of Miami. “The state offers plenty of intrinsic value, and there are thousands of affordable homes in need of renovation just waiting on the market for the right buyer.”
